Come and experience the art of fencing with Kingswear Swords. Join us for a thrilling journey of skill, strategy, and camaraderie.
The weapon we usually use is the Epee, the duelling sword. There are few rules and the target is everything. This is as near to legally fighting a duel as you can get.
It is a good form of exercise and you do it at your own speed. Even if your opponent is energetic, all you have to do is be in the right place at the right time; old age and cunning can overcome youth and speed!​
We warmly welcome beginners and seasoned fencers alike, providing training every Thursday from 7-9pm. We provide all the necessary equipment for those just starting out in fencing. Come along for a Free Trial, all you need to start out is Trainers and tracksuit trousers or loose jeans.
